1. Delivery Area We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We are not able to deliver to any other countries at this time.

2. Delivery Times

• United States: 3–10 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email.

3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are shown transparently during checkout before you complete your order, depending on weight, size, and destination.

4. Taxes All applicable U.S. sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with the tax laws of the respective state.

5. Shipping Carriers We ship via major U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar services.

6. Order Tracking As soon as your order leaves our facility, you’ll automatically receive an email with a tracking number.

7. Delivery Delays In case of unforeseen delays, we’ll inform you as soon as we have information. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the carrier or extreme weather conditions.
