Terms & Conditions (T&C)
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of goods from EuroRoots, Doeberlstraße 6a, 80937 Munich, Germany (“we”, “us”, “our”) via our online shop at euroroots.store when shipping to the United States.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. This version was last updated in August 2026.
Placing an order
You may place an order for goods via our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are purchasing the products for your own personal use (or, if you are a business, in the course of your commercial activity).
Product listings on our website are not a binding offer. When you submit an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods. We will send you an order confirmation by email. A contract is only concluded when we send a separate order confirmation or when we dispatch the goods to you.
Prices and shipping costs
All prices shown are exclusive of any applicable U.S. state or local sales tax.
We do not charge German VAT on orders shipped to the United States.
Sales tax will only be collected in those U.S. states where we have established economic nexus and where dietary supplements are taxable, and only after the applicable sales-tax threshold in that state has been exceeded. In all other cases, no sales tax will be charged by us. Any sales tax that is due will be calculated and displayed transparently at checkout before you place your order.
Shipping costs are displayed transparently before you place your order.
For deliveries to the United States, additional costs such as customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may apply. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Payment
You can choose from the payment methods offered during checkout (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.).
In some cases we may require payment in advance. If so, we will only dispatch the goods after we have received full payment.
Delivery
We deliver to the address you provide during checkout.
Delivery times to the United States typically range from several business days to a few weeks, depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen.
If a product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any payment already made.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
Right of withdrawal / Returns
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days under applicable EU consumer law (as the seller is based in Germany).

In addition, we may offer a voluntary returns policy for U.S. customers; any such policy will be stated separately on our website.
Warranty
Statutory liability for defects applies under German law. For new goods, the warranty period is two years from the date of delivery.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory U.S. consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Customer reviews
We use the service Judge.me to collect and display product reviews. Reviews are only collected and published with your prior consent. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Our products are not medical advice
Our supplements and products are not a substitute for medical advice or medical treatment. If you have any health conditions or concerns, please consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional before using our products.
Our liability to you
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence,
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or
- any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Otherwise, our liability is limited as follows:
- We are only liable for foreseeable damage that is typical for this type of contract in cases of slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations.
- We are not liable for any other losses, including indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the goods concerned.

Dispute resolution

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
